Reporting into the Head of Strategy & Campaigns, you’ll own social strategy and execution across organic and paid channels, working closely with design, content, and analytics teams to craft campaigns that inspire, entertain, and convert. You’ll drive consistent brand narratives while experimenting with emerging formats and trends to keep clients one step ahead.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the craft of social — from trend cycles and tone of voice to analytics dashboards — and wants to turn ideas into tangible growth for category-leading brands.
Key Objectives
Lead the creation and execution of social strategies that build meaningful brand presence and drive measurable engagement.
Manage daily operations across platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Meta.
Translate brand goals into actionable content plans with clear creative and performance benchmarks.
Partner with design and content teams to produce assets optimized for each channel’s audience and culture.
Ensure brand consistency and authenticity across every social touchpoint.
Track performance, identify patterns, and recommend strategic pivots using data and audience insight.
Collaborate with paid, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure social efforts integrate into the broader marketing ecosystem.
Present strategies, reports, and campaign results to clients with clarity and confidence.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities:
Social Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement social media calendars and campaign plans.
Lead storytelling across multiple channels with creative that reflects brand voice and community needs.
Oversee content publishing, audience engagement, and real-time social listening.
Analyze performance and iterate quickly — we test, learn, and refine in short loops.
Creative Collaboration
Work with the design team to create scroll-stopping visuals and short-form video.
Collaborate with writers to maintain tone consistency across every post, caption, and reply.
Partner with paid teams to align organic content with ad performance insights.
Community & Client Partnership
Act as the main point of contact for client social initiatives.
Build trusted relationships by delivering proactive ideas and transparent communication.
Represent social insights in client meetings and internal creative sessions.
Measurement & Reporting
Define KPIs aligned with client goals — engagement, reach, share of voice, and conversions.
Deliver reporting with actionable insights, not just metrics.
Track emerging platform features and advise clients on opportunities for early adoption.
Team & Growth
Mentor junior social specialists and content creators.
Help shape internal processes that scale creativity and consistency.
Stay plugged into trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to keep your team inspired.
About You
You live and breathe social media — not just the trends, but the strategy behind why they work. You can craft a great post, read analytics like a story, and explain social impact in business terms. You’re equal parts creative and analytical, confident presenting to clients, and thrive in fast-paced, idea-driven environments.
You have:
3–5+ years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
A strong portfolio of campaigns that grew communities and delivered measurable results.
Hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Deep understanding of platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content strategy.
Comfort with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout, etc.).
Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative direction skills.
The ability to lead, collaborate, and think proactively across teams.
