As CRO Specialist, you’ll focus on turning traffic into action. You’ll use data, experimentation, and user insight to improve conversion rates across websites, landing pages, and funnels.
Working closely with design, performance, and analytics teams, you’ll identify friction points and optimize experiences that drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Lead conversion optimization across websites and landing pages
Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, funnels, and session data
Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests
Collaborate with design and content teams on UX improvements
Identify drop-offs and conversion blockers
Track results and iterate based on performance insights
Share clear findings and recommendations with clients and teams
Requirements
2–4+ years of CRO or optimization experience
Strong understanding of UX, user behavior, and conversion principles
Hands-on experience with testing and analytics tools
Comfortable working with data and experimentation frameworks
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Able to manage multiple tests and priorities
